The Horse sculpture was made of patinated terracotta in Zagreb in 1975. This portrayal of a horse is more symbolic that literal. Its body is disproportionately long, the legs short and positioned somewhat unnaturally, the details are minimal, but the overall impression shows the beauty, strength and expressiveness like the one we can find in many examples in the history of primitive art.
