The floor plan shows the ground floor of the left wing of the building. The spaces are depicted from left to right: a garden, a courtyard, four rooms for the headmaster, a hallway, the main entrance, the cook's room, and the porter’s room. In the side building, on its right side, are the kitchen, dining room, a room housing the collection of teaching aids, a classroom, a playroom, and the girls' dormitory. On the left side of the hallway are the hygiene facilities, the boys' dormitory, and the office.
