This hand-written notification of the Royal Local Government of the Kingdom of Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia, the Department of Religion and Education, states that Vinko Bek had been granted a position in the National Institute for the Education of Blind Children. The document was sent to notify Vinko Bek that he was named the head of the newly founded Institute and it was verified by the stamp of the Royal Local Government of the Kingdom of Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia.
The document was gifted to the Typhlological Museum by Emilija Terezija Bek in 1993.
